Sizzling Birds

If you're looking for a good charcoal chicken shop, tasty burgers and wings then you need to give this place a go. Tucked away in a little shopping centre (Civic Fair) this shop cooks fresh and tasty burgers that fill the spot! I purchased a Birds burger 4/5 and some chips 4/5 which was cooked fresh and fast and was priced reasonably. The service was great and the atmosphere was so so, although they have a few chairs and tables to eat at, I think it's predominantly a takeaway venue. The best burger I have ever had, the double stacker tonight was unreal, chicken, sauces, bun everything perfect. Chips were great and buffalo wings didn't dissapoint. Friendly service and well priced

Are you ever in Wishart and looking for a tasty bite to eat? Well, look no further than Sizzling Birds! Located in a small shopping center, you might miss this hidden gem, but judging by all of the traffic that kept coming through the door, I'd assume that their reputation speaks for itself. The chicken is grilled over charcoal for smoke goodness. Grilled to perfection, the bird was juicy and flavourful. We were told to try it with the garlic dip and pickle, and it was amazing. The chips were made fresh, and the price was reasonable for the family feast that we had. The menu is extensive and had many items that we did not try. It seemed that the grilled chicken was the star of the show. I saw many customers' disappointed faces when they learned that the chicken had run out for the night. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to avoid long wait times or missing out completely. The lobby is not really for dining in as it is very small and basic. Enjoy!

Best charcoal chicken I have had in Brisbane, so tender and the lemon flavour was amazing with their garlic dip. The buffalo burger was great too. Will definitely be back.

I ordered from Sizzling Birds for my work team's lunch yesterday, and it was a hit! There were 8 of us. 3 admins and 5 engineers, all big food enthusiasts, and everyone was raving about the food. We had a great variety, including chicken wraps, beef burgers, buffalo wraps, plenty of wings, chips, and drinks to share. The food was incredibly tasty and full of flavour. The staff member who served us was super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better and she was on her own. Doing a wonderful job. We’ll definitely be adding Sizzling Birds a re-occurring weekly lunch list as it was very good! Thank you!
